Who would like to dis-agree, Stress is a Curse......
Well you can agree / dis-agree or agree to dis-agree....
Let me start with simple statement, "Today everyone is blessed with Stress"
What is Stress......
Something which keeps us awake at night is Stress...
We get worried about the Loan , repayment of Loan EMI and lose Sleep.....
We get worried of school of our child and lose sleep...
Something which gives us sadness feeling is Stress....
We compare our payslip with our colleague and get sad.....
Something which triggers to be irritable is Stress...
Something which triggers decrease in memory is Stress....
We go in the kitchen and wonder why did you come, you open the fridge and wonder why did you open...
Something which triggers anger at innocent is Stress....
We get stuck in traffic, and keep honking....
Something which causes loss of appetite is Stress....
We visit our Favorite dining place , order the best dish but cant relish the aroma or taste...
Something which diminishes productivity is Stress.....
We get on a conference call but are unable to justify the graphs, statistics and queries....
Something which cause loss of interest in Sex is Stress...
We reach home go to bed and Start Snoring.....
The list is endless, ?
We are all blessed with all or some of the above at some point of time today.....So made the statement!
So what do we do....Stress Screws our Happiness...Who can Change it, Only we can.....
No external entity or force can bring this change and stop the damage....
The above is only a sample list , I am sure each one of us will have more to add....
Well the biggest catastrophe is, Stress IMPACTS Memory.......
Stress triggers secretion of certain chemicals in brain ....
Certain and occasional stress is good and necessary, for development.
Consistent and prolonged stress causes the secretion of un-healthy chemicals in brain, which put the circuits and messaging of neurons in a chaotic chain reaction.
This chaotic chain reaction is one of the many causes to trigger lack of sleep, lack of interest, irritability, anger, minimal productivity.....
This is now a vicious cycle....as one leads to other.
