So let me pen few of my experience.

Nashik, a charming city in the Indian state of Maharashtra, is renowned for its rich history, spiritual significance, and emerging wine culture. While many visitors explore the bustling city, few venture into the serene Nashik countryside, which offers a delightful blend of spirituality and viniculture. In this article, we embark on a 2.5-day cycling journey covering approximately 225 kilometers, starting from Nashik and culminating at the Trimbakeshwar Temple, with stops at Sula Wines, York Winery, Vallone,Grover's Winery for wine tasting experiences and Topchi the Beer Brewery.

Day 1: Nashik to Sula Wines  (Approx. 40 km)

Our adventure begins in the heart of Nashik, a city that beautifully merges the old with the new.

Sula Vineyards, situated approximately 25 kilometers from City. Sula Wines is one of India's leading wine producers, and a guided tour of the vineyard provides valuable insights into the winemaking process. The visit culminates in a wine tasting session, where we savor the fruity and aromatic notes of Sula's finest creations.

After being on Cloud 9 with various Wine  going to our heads, we head for sumptuous lavish elaborate dinner at Rajbhog Thali, a never ending delicacies .

All that starts well,  ends well for the day.

Now we all are excited for the Adventure and ready to savor the The Vino Velo Ride morning of Day 2.

We hit the bed well in time very high……

Day 2: Nashik to Trimbakeshwar Temple and The York Winery (Approx 95 km)

After gearing up and ensuring our bicycles are in top shape, we pedal our way towards the sacred Trimbakeshwar Temple, located about 40 kilometers away. The road takes us through picturesque countryside, offering breathtaking views of lush vineyards and quaint villages. The serene surroundings and the melodious chirping of birds provide a much-needed escape from the urban hustle.

Upon reaching Trimbakeshwar, we explore the ancient temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva, and take in the spiritual ambience. The temple's architectural grandeur and the sacred Godavari River add to the experience, making it a perfect blend of cultural and natural beauty.

We continue after a light breakfast to explore the country side thru small villages devoid of traffic and pollution. We take a break for lunch after tremendous elevation and rolling roads and sun god blessing us generously testing if we ready to taste the lunch waiting for us.

After a good healthy lunch of cooling curd rice plus other light savoury we take small cat nap for 15 min.

In the afternoon, we continue our journey to the York Winery, just a short ride away from the lunch halt. After the lunch when most senses are gone to sleep we continue with drive to enhance our senses with visit to The York Winery.  Here, we gain an understanding of boutique winemaking and indulge in a wine tasting experience that complements Sula's offerings with unique flavors and blends.

After Wine tasting we head back a short ride of 20km back to our Hotel.

This is the day when the epic India vs Pakistan is in progress, and our Host have arranged a surprise experience. They are well planned on raising the experience every 12 hour in the 72 hour planned Rendzevous the Vino Velo Ride.

After getting fresh we drive to a place called The Topchi a Beer Brewery setup by 5 folks and managed and hosted so well. 1st of experience in the evening and to wash away all the pain and drain due to ride and sun.

What a evening of surprise watching on Big Screen India vs Paksitan and India rampaging to glory and we experience a Beer Tasting experience inside the Brewery Setup aptly named The Topchi.

After seeing the winning shot and treating to amazing Beer Flavours we devour  the Foot Long customised Sub and all this curated experience only for The Speaking Wheels 10th Edition Fast Riders we are ready to fly back to our hotel.

Day 3: Vallone and Grover's Winery Wine Tasting (Approx. 65km)

On the 3rd day of our cycling adventure, we embark on a longer ride of approximately 80 kilometers, leaving behind the Nashik region's vineyards. Our destination is Vallone, a charming winery nestled amidst the rolling hills. A guided tour of Grover’s vineyard and winery showcases their commitment to producing high-quality wines, followed by a delightful wine tasting session that offers a different palette of flavors.

To conclude our wine tour, we make our way to Vallones  Winery, which is known for its exquisite wine selection. The winery tour here emphasizes the art and science of winemaking, providing a captivating behind-the-scenes experience. The wine tasting at Vallone  is a highlight, with their award-winning vintages leaving a lasting impression.

The Speaking Wheels founders have left no stone unturned to elevate the experience by slowly taking the visual and soulful senses to different high by settling us in a picturesque place on hill top away from the city at heaven on earth place called Wabi Sabi.

Now I had glimpse how meticulously they have planned to build the crescendo of the Symphony called the The Vino Velo Ride.

Day 4: Wabi Sabi to Brahmagiri Little Tuscany of Maharashra Ride (Approx 55km)

If you really aspire to visit Tuscany and experience the scenic look no far, Wabi Sabi to route planned covering the Brahmagiri via Twin Mountain mountain climb, heavenly rolling roads and lush greenery both sides is like artist paradise and cyclist dream come true.

Its like let it no end let it roll and makes you say bring it on.

As our cycling journey through the Nashik countryside comes to an end, we reflect on the perfect blend of spirituality and viniculture that this region offers. The 3.5-day adventure of approximately 225 kilometers showcases the diverse landscapes, rich cultural heritage, and emerging wine culture of Nashik. It's an unforgettable experience that combines physical exertion with spiritual and gastronomic rewards, making it a must-do for those seeking a unique and immersive travel experience.
