Kicking balls is the best way to beat Anger...... My earlier post I shared the experience of  game at school to hit with a ball and Tennis game to strike the ball. Kicking balls is the best way to beat Anger...... Oh Shit! Hell with you! Damn Stupid!......we do utter this and other such stuff, at least once a day....at least I used to.... We do this to vent our steam....... We need to vent our steam to let go anger...... What is Anger ? When something happens not as per our wish or expectation. When we are stuck in traffic, and car ahead of you breaks-down, folks in rear start honking at you.....You get angry. When your Supervisor post appraisal , rates you as " Just Meets Expectation " , .....You get angry. Dont QUIT, after a bad Performance Review Rating

Quitters never Win...... Not everyone gets an Outstanding Rating, few do get "Does not Meet / OR  Just Meets Expectations" What do you do when you are told your performance "Does not Meet Expectations" ? I am sure one of the toughest and most uncomfortable time is to be having above experience. Few things to pay attention..... #1. Do not lose faith in self . #2. Do not believe someone with few more years experience, can judge you, to evaluate you correctly. #3. Do not become pessimistic. #4. Do not stop doing what you are good at. #5. The most favorite topic of discussion or concern among young managers is, “How should we MANAGE our Managers?”. In fact I think the thought of managing the Managers is the most high-priority thought or concern after the most debated and liked topic “Sex”. "OM" or "AUM" --> Welcome to the Almighty Power of Universe........ I grew up in a simple family and was inducted into basics of yoga and power of almighty as a child. Lessons from my Pet Dog...... I have a Pet Dog for last 4 years. Dogs soon become member of family, they dont talk but they speak a lot with eyes, tail etc. They understand human beings more than we humans understand each other.
